I've seen commercial Libraries and Reading Rooms near LAXMI NAGAR metro station .... where i guess youngsters live in shared housing nearby and therefore don't get peace & quiet to work/study so go there..... Such a simple need .
The Market is able to respond to such needs, but our Planning is not.
So what's the SOLUTION?
